What You Bring

  • A deep interest in solving customer challenges with empathy and creativity
  • An engineering mindset rooted in collaboration and curiosity
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial preferred)
  • CAD proficiency (Inventor or SolidWorks strongly preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative spirit and strong interpersonal instincts
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering, technical sales, or customer-facing design (recent grads with internship experience welcome)
  • Proficiency (or willingness to learn) tools like Microsoft Office, SAP, Teams, etc.
  • A desire to grow personally and professionally in a company that values your voice

What You’ll Do

As an Applications Engineer, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor and technical problem-solver to both our internal team and external customers. You’ll turn ideas into reality by delivering fluid system designs that enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.

Your work will include:

  • Partnering with sales consultants to develop fluid system solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Providing technical guidance and application support across a wide range of industries
  • Preparing CAD drawings, BOMs, costing sheets, and quote documents
  • Reviewing customer RFPs and developing competitive bid packages
  • Proposing improvements in system components, materials, and processes
  • Communicating with customers through site visits, virtual meetings, and collaborative planning
  • Helping convert technical ideas into practical, value-driven solutions that make a difference
