What You Bring
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in quality, engineering, or a technical field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints and product specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
- Attention to detail and an unbiased, thorough approach to inspections
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, etc.)
- Calm, composed communication style—even under pressure
- A passion for process improvement and doing things right the first time
What You'll Do
As a Fabrication Quality Inspector, you’ll help ensure everything we build is built to last. Your day-to-day work will include:
- Performing first piece, in-process, and final inspections for Fabrication Services orders
- Inspecting incoming products from third-party suppliers
- Reading engineering drawings and reviewing documents for compliance
- Making informed, objective product disposition decisions
- Supporting documentation efforts including record retention and CMTR reviews
- Maintaining tool and gauge calibration schedules
- Participating in quality audits and certification assessments
- Communicating trends and findings to the team
- Helping ensure on-time shipping through timely inspection and workflow support
